Taos Pueblo is a native villiage situated on Red Willow Creek in the Sangre de Cristo mountains of northern New Mexico.  The multi-storied adobe buildings have been continuously inhabited for over 1000 years.  Taos Pueblo is a  National Historic Landmark of the United States and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
